We test whether the build keeps working.

  1. Step 1: A paid build in a real stack

Zapier, Make, n8n, or the OpenAI, Claude or Gemini APIs.

  2. Step 2: Error handling and a test set

Not just the happy path: what happens on bad input.

  3. Step 3: A data and security review

Of their own build: credentials, logs and permissions.

  4. Step 4: A discovery role-play

Can they work out what you actually need?

Built with checks

  • A person signs off before anything goes live

  • Alerts when something fails, so your customers don't find it first

  • Logins stay in your own password manager, never in the build

  • Runs on your accounts, so you own what's built

Our rule: business-grade AI only, never free or personal accounts.

What buyers ask before they book

From AUD $4/hr, all-in, across four levels: Intern to Specialist. Full time is 38 hours a week. Prices exclude GST. You see the hourly price before you meet anyone. Some specialist AI rates are confirmed on the call.

Testing and levelling, recruiting and onboarding, management and quality checks and free replacement if it is not a fit.

Inbox agents that draft replies for a person to approve, CRM automations that enrich and route leads, document pipelines that read invoices and forms into your accounts, and support assistants that hand over to a person. Also Power Automate and Copilot Studio flows, Google Workspace automations, and test sets that check your AI before launch.

You do. Builds run on your accounts, logins stay in your own password manager, and a person signs off before go-live. If they leave, the builds and their notes stay with you.
