We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do
- Pages work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
- Buttons and links on phones are large enough to tap easily.
- Moving parts pause when they are off screen and stop if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Forms ask a few questions per step, label every field and explain any error in words.
Known limits
Our chat and booking calendar come from another provider and may not meet the same standard. If either is hard to use, you can call us, use the call-back form or email us instead, and we will help directly.
Tell us about a problem
If something on our website is hard to use, email hello@gethands.com.au with the page and what happened. We will work to fix it, and help you get what you need in the meantime.
