AI draft

Hi Jess, thanks for your time today. As agreed, we'll send the proposal by Mistake: Tuesday 14 October, and Sam will lead the rollout.

Caught: Wrong date. The call said Thursday.

Your person fixes it: Thursday 16 October

Checked by your person, then sent

What always stays with a person

  • Anything sent in your name or to your customers
  • Every number, date, name and fact
  • Decisions about people, money and priorities
  • Judgement calls, complaints and exceptions

AI does

The first draft of emails, replies, reports, captions and layouts, in the tools you already use.

A person does

Edits it into your voice. Anything sent in your name or to your customers comes from them.

Six rules for AI and your data

Tested on it: every level sits an AI workflow test, with mistakes planted in the AI's output.

See who uses each one

In Studio, you set the AI on each brief

  • Human only

No generative AI in the deliverable.

    No AI in the work
  • AI-assisted

Our makers use approved AI tools for parts of the work, such as extending a background, cleaning audio or drafting captions.

AI on parts of the work
  • AI-first

AI does most of the production. Our makers direct, edit and check it.

    AI does most of it
  • See the hours for each settingCompare them in the estimate, before you approve.
  • An art director checks each file, whatever the settingAI-first work gets the same check as Human only: brief, brand, spelling, sizes and product accuracy.

  • Ad variants in five sizes

Questions about AI and your data

The ones that fit the role and that you allow: Copilot in Microsoft 365, Gemini in Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity for drafting and research, and n8n, Zapier and Make for automation. Inside your systems, your person uses your AI tools under your settings. A tool outside our approved list needs your written OK first.

No. Client data never goes into free, consumer or personal AI accounts. Passwords, card and bank numbers, health information and government ID numbers never go into any AI tool.

A person. AI drafts, and your person checks facts, figures and tone before anything is used or sent. Every level sits an AI workflow test, with mistakes planted in the AI's output, so catching them is part of the job.

Yes. We tell you when a deliverable is substantially AI-generated. In Studio you also choose the setting on each brief: Human only, AI-assisted or AI-first.

More questions

Yes. Say no AI for one task or for your whole team, and that's the rule. In Studio, choose Human only on any brief and no generative AI goes into the deliverable.

No. AI takes the first pass at routine work. Your person checks it, fixes it and handles everything that needs judgement: your customers, your priorities and your standards.

Not for Seats: AI skills are in every level's price, with no surcharge. In Studio, when AI speeds a job up, the estimate is lower and it uses fewer of your hours.

If you already pay for business seats, your person uses yours, under your admin settings and AI policy. If not, we'll talk through the options on your demo.

They get their own login in each of your systems, never a shared one. Any password that has to be shared goes through your own password manager, never email, chat, code or prompts.

Yes. You give them access in your own systems, and you can change or remove it at any time.

Yes. They log in to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your CRM, and join your Teams or Slack. You set their access; we can help.

Yes, in Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate or Google Apps Script, quoted in hours from the same plan. Automations wait for a person to approve anything they send, pay or change, and chatbots say they're AI and always offer a person.

They're tested before you meet them. Everyone passes a skills test for their role, marked by a senior, and you see their level before you meet them.

Their written English, with a scored test, and their spoken English, on a call with us. We also check their ID, work history and references.

Intern: clear, repeatable work; Intermediate: owns a workflow; Expert: owns outcomes; Specialist: developers, designers and marketers who lead projects with little direction. We usually recommend Intermediate.

Yes. You meet your shortlist on a short call and pick the person you want. Nobody joins without your yes.

Tell us and we start a free replacement straight away: another tested person at the same level. Same if they leave, as often as you need.

You direct the work, and they report to you like anyone on your team. We handle the rest: contract, pay and quality checks.

Testing and levelling, recruiting and onboarding, management and quality checks and free replacement. All in the hourly rate.

No. Seats are month to month with 30 days' notice, and Studio plans are month to month. No setup fee on either.

Within 12 to 48 hours of a successful interview. First you meet your shortlist, interview the people you like and pick your person.
