Questions about levels
Start with how much you want to hand over. If you'll give clear, repeatable tasks, Intern fits. If you want someone to own a workflow, choose Intermediate. If you want outcomes owned and exceptions handled, Expert. For leads and rare skills, the step above: Specialist. We'll recommend one on the demo.
Every level works in the AI tools you already use. What changes is how much of the AI work they own. Intern: uses AI with your approved prompts, and checks every output. Intermediate: builds AI into their own workflow. Expert: redesigns your processes with AI, and checks other people's AI work. Specialist: builds AI systems and sets the standards. AI skills are in the hourly price at every level.
Each level has a band, and the role sets where the rate sits inside it. Admin and support roles sit near the bottom of the band, and technical roles such as developers sit near the top. An Intermediate Seat, for example, is AUD $8-13 an hour + GST. You see the exact rate in writing before you agree to anything.
Yes. The roles share the same four grades, so an Intermediate accounts assistant and an Intermediate customer support rep own a similar amount of their work. What they are tested on changes by role.
