A skills test for the role sets the level, and the level sets the range. The role sets where they sit in it: admin and support lower, development and specialists higher. You see the exact hourly rate in writing before you agree to anything.

Yes. It's that role's price at that level, as on the role page. If your person tests at a different level, we tell you and re-quote first.

Recruiting, skills testing and levelling, onboarding into your accounts and tools, management and QA check-ins, and free replacement. They work on their own computer, with the access you choose. You direct the work.

If your person leaves, or isn't the right fit, we start on a replacement straight away, at no charge, as often as you need. Tell us what isn't working and we'll bring you new tested people at the same level. These promises are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Send a brief and we estimate the hours; nothing starts until you approve. Every file is checked before it reaches you, and every job includes one free redo, within the brief. Unused hours roll over for one month. Rush jobs use hours at 1.5x.

Five hours of finished work, any skill, for AUD $495 + GST, one-off. You can buy it online, like the Minimum, Value and Growth plans, or start it on a 15-minute call. If you start any Studio plan within 14 days, the full AUD $495 comes off your first month.

A Seat is one person you direct full time, so it has the lowest hourly cost. A Studio hour is finished work from whichever specialist the job needs, planned, managed and checked, with no one for you to manage. If you're using 80+ hours a month of one skill, a dedicated Seat plus Studio for the specialist work usually costs less. A Creative Director (AUD $1,490 a month) can sit across both.

Social posts, ad creative, short and long video edits, motion graphics, landing pages and websites, pitch decks, brand guidelines and marketing copy. If you're not sure, ask for an estimate.

Seats are month to month with 30 days' notice. There's no setup fee and no deposit. Studio plans are month to month, with no setup fee.

Only your Studio hours: 6 months adds 10% and 12 months adds 20% to your plan's hours every month, at the same monthly price. Seats stay month to month with 30 days' notice.

Australian prices exclude GST, and each one is marked + GST. Invoices show GST separately. New Zealand clients are billed in AUD. UK clients pay in GBP and US clients in USD. Choose your market at the top of the page.

Pay only for the hours they work. All your Seats are on one bill, and Studio plans are billed monthly.

Not for Seats: AI skills are in every level's price, with no surcharge. In Studio, when AI speeds a job up, the estimate is lower and it uses fewer of your hours.

If you already pay for business seats, your person uses yours, under your admin settings and AI policy. If not, we'll talk through the options on your demo.

Both. Your person works in your accounts: Outlook, Teams and Excel with Copilot, or Gmail, Meet and Sheets with Gemini. Where the work needs them, they also use ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Zapier, Make and n8n.

Inside your systems, your AI policy applies. A person checks every AI output before it's used or sent, and passwords, card numbers, health information and government ID numbers never go into any AI tool. Our rule: business-grade AI only, never free or personal accounts.
