How a team is built and managed

    For each role, see the level, the test results and the hourly price. You pick who joins.

    Your team starts within 12 to 48 hours of a successful interview, working in your own accounts and systems.

  4. Step 4: Run it, change it

    Your people log hours each day in the client app. Add, swap or drop a role as the work changes.

Security and data handling

  • You own everything they make

    The files, the designs, the copy and the code are yours. You can end a Seat with 30 days' notice.

  • Works in your own systems

    They work in your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your other tools, with the access you set.

  • Access you can remove

    You choose what each person can reach, and you can change or remove it at any time.

  • You are not the employer

    Get Hands engages each person and supplies them under our services agreement. There's no payroll on your side.

Month to month. No setup fee.

Pay only for the hours they work.
Replacement
If your person leaves, or isn't the right fit, we start on a replacement straight away, at no charge, as often as you need.
Part-time
20 to 37 hours a week, at the full-time rate plus 10%. Under 20 hours, plus 20%. No minimum.
Rate review
Your person's hourly rate may rise by up to 5% a year, from the first anniversary of the Seat's start, with 60 days' notice and the right to end the Seat before it applies.
Timesheets
Your person logs their hours each day in the Get Hands client app, where you can see them.
Leave and absences
You aren't charged for hours your person doesn't work, apart from paid leave. After their third month, your person earns 8 hours of paid leave a month. Paid leave hours are charged at their usual rate.

They're tested before you meet them. Everyone passes a skills test for their role, marked by a senior, and you see their level before you meet them.

Intern: clear, repeatable work; Intermediate: owns a workflow; Expert: owns outcomes; Specialist: developers, designers and marketers who lead projects with little direction. We usually recommend Intermediate.

Tell us and we start a free replacement straight away: another tested person at the same level. Same if they leave, as often as you need.
