No. Plans are month to month, with no setup fee.

Every job includes one free redo, within the brief. Further changes use hours from your plan, and if the brief changes, we estimate the new work first, so there are no surprises.

Yes. The Studio Test Drive is 5 hours of finished work for AUD $495, one-off. It is credited in full if you subscribe within 14 days.

Yes. The Test Drive and the Minimum, Value and Growth plans are bought online. The Max plan and New Zealand clients start on a 15-minute call.

Unused hours roll over for one month. If you need more, you can top up at your plan's hourly rate at any time.

They add hours instead: 10% more hours each month on 6 months, and 20% more on 12.

Often it takes fewer hours, and you pay for the hours used. Your estimate shows the hours for the setting you choose, so you can compare before you approve.

Yes. The Creative Director add-on is AUD $1,490 a month, for strategy, creative direction and brand guardrails on top of your plan.

Yes, in Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate or Google Apps Script, quoted in hours from the same plan. Automations wait for a person to approve anything they send, pay or change, and chatbots say they're AI and always offer a person.

No. Prices exclude GST, which is added to the invoice for Australian businesses. Australian and New Zealand clients pay in AUD.

You do. Everything we make for you is yours: the files, the designs, the copy and the code. Your files stay in your systems, and we work in your accounts.
