How your e-commerce team uses AI

AI writes product copy at scale and handles routine questions. Your person checks every spec and claim before it goes live.

  • Product descriptions at scale

Drafted from specs in Shopify Magic or ChatGPT, then checked for accuracy, sizing and claims.

  • Customer service replies

Order and returns replies drafted in Gorgias or your help desk and checked against policy.

  • Product images

Backgrounds and lifestyle scenes with Adobe Firefly or Photoshop, with the product exactly as sold.

  • Store reports

Sales and stock summaries from Shopify and Klaviyo, with the numbers checked.

What always stays with a person

  • Prices and promotions
  • Product claims, including health and safety claims
  • Refunds outside policy
  • Final approval of listings

AI in regulated work

In e-commerce & retail, AI stays inside the systems you've approved. Your person never puts client, patient or customer details into general AI tools, and checks every output before it's used.

Our rule: business-grade AI only, never free or personal accounts.
