How does the check work?
It splits your ad into duties and compares each one with the tasks we test each role on. It's word matching, not AI, so it can miss. We go through it with you on the call.
What if a duty has no match?
Then it isn't one of the tasks we test for that role. It can still be part of the job. Tell us on the call and we shortlist tested people for it.
How is the level chosen?
From your wording. Words like manage, own and lead point to Expert. Junior or basic work points to Intern. Otherwise it starts at Intermediate, and you can change it on the call.
