How your healthcare team uses AI

AI can speed up letters, coding and scheduling, but only inside the systems your practice has approved. Your person keeps patient information safe and checks every detail.

  • Letters and patient messages

Referral letters, recalls and reminders drafted from your templates, in approved systems only.

  • Coding support

AI suggests codes. Your person checks each one against the clinical documentation.

  • Scheduling and recalls

AI helps fill gaps and draft recall messages within your booking rules.

  • Filing AI scribe notes

Where your clinicians use an approved AI scribe, your person tidies and files the clinician-approved notes.

What always stays with a person

  • Anything clinical
  • Patient health information, which never goes into general AI tools
  • Checking every code, name and date
  • Privacy obligations: Privacy Act (AU), UK GDPR, HIPAA (US)

AI in regulated work

In healthcare & medical practices, AI stays inside the systems you've approved. Your person never puts client, patient or customer details into general AI tools, and checks every output before it's used.

Our rule: business-grade AI only, never free or personal accounts.
