Yes, where it helps. Your person uses the AI tools that fit your role, such as Copilot in Microsoft 365, Gemini in Google Workspace, ChatGPT or Claude, to draft, summarize and sort, then checks every output before it's used or sent. Inside your systems, your AI policy applies, and you can tell your person not to use AI for any task. Our rule: business-grade AI only, never free or personal accounts.

Yes. Plenty of work suits a person on your team, and plenty suits a finished-work plan. You can run a Seat and a Studio plan side by side.

No. Seats are month to month with 30 days' notice, and Studio plans are month to month. No setup fee on either.

Testing and leveling, recruiting and onboarding, management and quality checks and free replacement. All in the hourly rate.

Pay only for the hours they work. All your Seats are on one bill, and Studio plans are billed monthly.

They're tested before you meet them. Everyone passes a skills test for their role, marked by a senior, and you see their level before you meet them.

Intern: clear, repeatable work; Intermediate: owns a workflow; Expert: owns outcomes; Specialist: developers, designers and marketers who lead projects with little direction. We usually recommend Intermediate.

Yes. You meet your shortlist on a short call and pick the person you want. Nobody joins without your yes.

Their written English, with a scored test, and their spoken English, on a call with us. We also check their ID, work history and references.

Our Colombia hub is the closest match for United States clients, on New York time or an hour behind. Every person works the hours you set, so tell us the hours you need covered on your demo.

Yes. They log in to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your CRM, and join your Teams or Slack. You set their access; we can help.

Your person logs their hours each day in the Get Hands client app, where you can see them. Your next invoice is adjusted to those hours.

You aren't charged for hours your person doesn't work, apart from paid leave. After their third month, your person earns 8 hours of paid leave a month. Paid leave hours are charged at their usual rate.

Yes. You give them access in your own systems, and you can change or remove it at any time.

They get their own login in each of your systems, never a shared one. Any password that has to be shared goes through your own password manager, never email, chat, code or prompts.
