Roles to start with in Cardiff.
Cardiff is the capital of Wales, so the Welsh Government, public bodies, charities and the firms that serve them make up a large part of local work. Alongside them sit a television and film production scene, insurance and financial services, and a growing group of tech and creative businesses. Many local organisations are small teams delivering public contracts, and every contract brings its own reporting, which keeps administrators busy.

Questions from Cardiff
Cardiff is the capital of Wales. It keeps UK time (GMT or BST), which is UTC+0 or UTC+1. Cardiff changes its clocks for daylight saving, so the overlap with some of our hubs moves by an hour for part of the year.
Admin, minutes, correspondence, data entry and reporting. An Administrative Assistant or Research Assistant works in your tools, and your staff keep decisions and sign-off.
A Short-Form Video Editor or Motion Designer can cut and package footage you send, and Studio does finished creative work quoted in hours.
Yes. Insurance Services Assistant, Bookkeeper and Financial Analyst are Seat roles. Your regulated staff keep the advice and decisions.
An Administrative Assistant for supporter records and correspondence, and a Bookkeeper for grant reporting and reconciliations. Both work part-time hours from the minimum weekly hours.
Tell us on your demo if language matters for the role and we will say plainly whether we can match it. We only promise what we have confirmed.
Policy decisions, signatures and anything that needs a person on site. A Seat prepares the work and keeps the records around them.
Yes. An Administrative Assistant or Data Analyst can collect figures, update the reporting template and flag gaps. You review and submit.

Front-End, Back-End and Full-Stack Developers and QA Testers are Seat roles. Start with one at part-time hours and change the plan as the product firms up.
The public-sector year ends on 31 March, so reporting, claims and grant returns bunch up in the spring. A Seat can gather the figures and fill the templates ahead of that deadline.
Week one is your records system and a short style guide. The person then works a weekly list of correspondence and data tidy-ups, and you review a sample before each batch goes out.
List your records or CRM system, your email and document tools and any reporting templates your funders require. We match people who have used similar systems and who work to your templates.
An Administrative Assistant is often followed by a Bookkeeper for grant reporting, then a Research Assistant for evidence work. Production teams add a Short-Form Video Editor first and a Motion Designer later.
