What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way. On their own, they don't tell us your name or email address.
The short version
- This website sets no cookies of its own.
- We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads. If you are in the United Kingdom or Europe (we go by the UK pages of this site, or your device's time zone), nothing loads until you say yes in the cookie banner. Everywhere else, including Australia, New Zealand and the United States, these tools load when you arrive, and you can switch them off at any time under Cookie settings in the footer.
- The chat and the booking calendar come from other providers and load only when you open them. They may set their own cookies.
- We keep a few small settings in your browser, listed below.
What we keep in your browser
These settings stay on your device. Only the ad and link details are ever sent to us, and only with a form you submit. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
- gh-market · local storageThe market you picked (AU/NZ, UK or US), so prices show in your currency.
- gh-market-suggest-dismissed · session storageThat you closed the market suggestion. Cleared when you close the tab.
- gh-fork-seen · local storageWhen the “What do you need today?” questions were last shown, so they don't show again for 7 days.
- gh-fork · local storageYour answers to those questions (for example the roles and level), used to open the right prices.
- gh-booked · local storageThat you picked a demo time or sent a request, so those questions stop appearing.
- gh-chat-opened · session storageThat you opened the chat, so those questions don't appear over it. Cleared when you close the tab.
- gh-attr-first and gh-attr-last · local storageHow you first and last reached us: the campaign tags and ad click ID in the link, the page you landed on and the site you came from. Kept in your browser for every visitor, whatever you choose in the cookie banner, because it is needed to tell which ad brought an enquiry; it identifies no one on its own. The first visit is kept for 90 days. Sent to us only with a form you submit.
- gh-ctx and gh-handoff · session storageThe role, service or price estimate you were last looking at, so the booking form can skip questions you've already answered. Cleared when you close the tab.
- gh-visitor · session storageWhat you typed or picked in a form on this site (such as your name, email, mobile and what you need), so a later form doesn't ask again. It stays in your browser and is sent only with a form you submit. Cleared when you close the tab.
- gh-known and gh-known-pinged · local storageOnly after you send us a form and allow marketing cookies: a signed reference to your enquiry (no name, email or phone) and the date it was last used. When you come back to our pricing or booking page, it tells our team you're looking again, at most once a day. Choosing no to marketing cookies removes it.
- gh-consent · local storageYour cookie choice (yes, no or the tools you picked), so we don't ask on every page.
Tools from other providers
- Google Analytics (UK and Europe: only if you say yes)Shows us which pages are visited and how people find us, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_FGKKBR4FS8, which last up to 2 years by default. While analytics is on, our server may also send Google Analytics the events for an enquiry you make (codes only, never your contact details) when your browser didn't. Google processes this data, including in the United States.
- Microsoft Clarity (UK and Europe: only if you say yes to analytics)Shows us how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and where people stop, so we can fix what gets in the way. What you type into forms is hidden, and so are the names and numbers we show back to you. It sets cookies named _clck and _clsk, which last up to a year. Microsoft processes this data, including in the United States.
- Google Ads (UK and Europe: only if you say yes to advertising)In the UK and Europe it loads only after you say yes to Advertising; elsewhere it loads unless you switch Advertising off. Shows us which of our Google ads led to an enquiry or a purchase. It sets Google's advertising cookies, such as _gcl_au, which last up to 90 days. When you send us a form, your email and phone number go to Google in a scrambled (hashed) form to match the enquiry to the ad (enhanced conversions). If you say no, none of this happens, but the ad click ID in the link is still kept in your browser, as the table above explains. Our privacy policy explains what we send Google Ads from our customer system.
- Chat (our own chat service)Loads only when you open the chat. It runs on our own service, hosted by Vercel.
- Booking calendar (GoHighLevel)Loads inside the Book a demo page when you reach the step to pick a time. GoHighLevel provides it and may set its own cookies. The calendar also loads a script from Meta (Facebook), which may set Meta's cookies.
- Hosting (Vercel)Our website host receives the details every website gets from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Your choices
You can change your choice at any time. Choose Cookie settings in the footer of any page, or use the button below. If you say no after saying yes, we stop the tools and clear their cookies where your browser lets us.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies and storage, parts of the site (such as the chat or the booking calendar) may not work.
To stop Google Analytics on every website, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
