Questions from Bristol

Bristol is a city in the south-west of England. It keeps UK time (GMT or BST), which is UTC+0 or UTC+1. Bristol changes its clocks for daylight saving, so the overlap with some of our hubs moves by an hour for part of the year.

Documentation, project admin and reporting. A Technical Writer or Project Manager works to your templates and your tools, and your engineers keep the technical decisions.

Yes. Motion Designer, Graphic Designer and Video Editor are Seat roles, and Studio supplies finished work quoted in hours. A 5-hour Test Drive is an easy way to try it.

Yes. Seats are month to month with 30 days' notice, so you can add and reduce capacity as projects start and end.

A Data Analyst or Research Assistant can compile figures and draft summaries from the data you provide. Your team reviews every claim before it is published.

You set the hours. The Nigeria hub shares 7-8 hours of a Bristol 9-to-5, and hubs with less overlap suit work handed over at the end of your day.

Engineering sign-off, site visits and the creative direction. A Seat produces the documents, the files and the reports around them.

A Technical Writer can draft and format procedures and reports from your engineers' notes. Anything controlled or restricted stays with your own team, so raise it on the demo.

A local admin in the UK costs £12.71 an hour at entry level, up to £25.52 for a senior office manager, before on-costs. A local mid-level admin costs £16 an hour; an Intermediate admin Seat is £7 an hour, all-in. A Digital Marketing Specialist or Web Analytics Specialist can build the reports and keep tracking tidy. Your marketing lead decides what to change.

Pitch deadlines, production crunches and project milestones all create spikes. A Seat can carry the repeat production and documentation work so senior people stay on the creative and the engineering.

Week one is your brand files, naming rules and review process. The person then works a small batch each day, with a review at the end of the week that sets the next batch.

List your project tool, drawing or design software and file store, for example Adobe tools, Figma, Asana or SharePoint. We match people who already work in them and who follow your naming rules.

A Project Manager is often followed by a Technical Writer, then a Data Analyst for reporting. Studios tend to add a Graphic Designer first and a Motion Designer later.

We do. We hire your person and supply them to you under our services agreement, so you are not their employer and there is no payroll on your side. You direct the work and you own what they make.
