How your real estate team uses AI

AI speeds up listings, enquiry replies and tenancy admin. Your person makes sure nothing overstates a property or breaks the rules.

  • Listing copy from the agent's notes

Drafted from notes and photos, then checked so every feature is real and nothing misleads.

  • Enquiry replies and inspection bookings

Fast, personal replies drafted from your templates and CRM, sent by your person.

  • Appraisal and CMA packs

Sales data formatted into your template, with every figure checked at the source.

  • Tenancy and maintenance admin

Tenant requests summarised and notices drafted from approved templates.

What always stays with a person

  • Price guidance and advice
  • Anything that could mislead a buyer or tenant, including underquoting rules
  • Disclosing any virtually staged or edited photos
  • Legal notices and contracts

AI in regulated work

In real estate agencies, AI stays inside the systems you've approved. Your person never puts client, patient or customer details into general AI tools, and checks every output before it's used.

Our rule: business-grade AI only, never free or personal accounts.
