How your construction team uses AI

AI speeds up quotes, reports and reading specs. Your person checks the quantities, the prices and the compliance.

  • Quote and tender drafts

Cover letters, inclusions and exclusions drafted from your estimate and templates.

  • Spec summaries

Long specifications summarised, with every requirement checked against the document.

  • Site reports and RFIs

Notes and photos turned into clear reports and requests for information.

  • Job and trade messages

Updates to trades and customers drafted from the schedule in ServiceM8, Tradify or Procore.

What always stays with a person

  • Quantities and prices
  • Safety and code compliance (the NCC in Australia)
  • Anything signed or submitted
  • Variations and disputes

AI in regulated work

In construction & building, AI stays inside the systems you've approved. Your person never puts client, patient or customer details into general AI tools, and checks every output before it's used.

Our rule: business-grade AI only, never free or personal accounts.
