Collection notice

We collect your name, contact details, business name and what you tell us, and how you reached our website (such as the page and the ad or link you came from). We use them to reply, arrange a call or demo, follow up about your inquiry and, only if you tick the box, send you Get Hands news and offers.

The chat on our website is answered by our own AI assistant, and it says so when the chat starts. It runs on an AI model on a computer we operate, not on an outside AI company's service. What you send is saved in our customer system (GoHighLevel, in the United States), and our team gets an alert in Microsoft Teams.

We collect your CV, work history, skills, test answers and scores, interview notes and the other details you give us, and information from your referees, the job boards you apply through, and (if a role needs it) identity and background check providers. We use it to assess you, level you and put you forward for client roles.

We may disclose your personal information to our personnel and related entities, our clients (for candidates and talent), the service providers who act for us, and as otherwise set out in our privacy policy. Some of our team and talent work in the Philippines, Vietnam, Kenya, Nigeria, Brazil and Colombia, and some of our service providers store or access information in the United States and other countries.

If you don't give us your personal information, we may not be able to answer you or work with you.
