Supplier

Seats: People who pass a skills test for the role and work for you, in your own tools. Four levels, each with a published price range.
Teams: Ready-made sets of Seats that start together and are priced as the sum of their Seats. No team fee.
Studio: Design, video and web work, quoted in hours before we start, from £499 a month.
Start: Seats start within 12 to 48 hours of a successful interview.

Seats from £3.50 an hour. Prices exclude VAT. Each role sits inside its level's range.

Contract: Month to month. No setup fee.
Ending it: 30 days' notice.
Billing: Pay only for the hours they work.
Replacement: If your person leaves, or isn't the right fit, we start on a replacement straight away, at no charge, as often as you need.
Part-time: 20 to 37 hours a week, at the full-time rate plus 10%. Under 20 hours, plus 20%. No minimum.
Rate review: Your person's hourly rate may rise by up to 5% a year, from the first anniversary of the Seat's start, with 60 days' notice and the right to end the Seat before it applies.
Timesheets: Your person logs their hours each day in the Get Hands client app, where you can see them.
Leave and absences: You aren't charged for hours your person doesn't work, apart from paid leave. After their third month, your person earns 8 hours of paid leave a month. Paid leave hours are charged at their usual rate.

You own everything they make: The files, the designs, the copy and the code are yours. You can end a Seat with 30 days' notice.
Works in your own systems: They work in your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your other tools, with the access you set.
Access you can remove: You choose what each person can reach, and you can change or remove it at any time.
You are not the employer: Get Hands engages each person and supplies them under our services agreement. There's no payroll on your side.
